After a cloudy, drizzly start to the weekend, members and guests of Vine Street Baptist Church were glad to see the sun come out for a beautiful Sunday of fellowship, singing and learning about God.
The service began with Deacon Wally Jeffries read Psalm 6:6-10, then sang There’s Room at the Cross as a prayer over the those in attendance. Worship Leader Jacob Hatcher encouraged everyone to stand and sing.

After a time of fellowship and greeting, Associate Pastor Brandon Saunders gave a few announcements.

After Saunders said a pastoral prayer, Boyce Bible College student Doug Hanna read a scripture passage, then Hatcher continued the service by leading more songs.

Deacon Gary Cook said a prayer for the offering, then the plates were passed while Hatcher played his guitar.
